依达拉丰联合疏血通治疗脑梗死(附32例疗效观察)

目的观察依达拉丰联合疏血通治疗发病72 h以内的脑梗死疗效。方法选择发病72 h以内的脑梗死64例,随机分为两组:治疗组32例,依达拉丰30 mg,静滴,2次/d,14 d;疏血通8 mL,静滴,1次/d,14d。对照组:低分子右旋糖酐500 mL加复方丹参16 mL,静滴,1次/d,14 d。治疗前后两组病例分别进行神经功能缺损评分,测定血尿常规、血液流变学、肝肾功能、大便潜血等,并进行两组比较,同时观察其副作用。结果治疗组神经功能缺损评分减少较对照组明显(P<0.01),总有效率(96.88%)亦较对照组(75%)高(P<0.01),且血液流变学指标较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01),与对照组相比差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论依达拉丰联合疏血通治疗发病72 h内的脑梗死安全有效。

Observation on Curative Effect of Cerebral Infarction Treated with Combination of Edaravone and Shu Xue Torg

Objective To observe the curative effect of cerebral infarction within 72 hours treated with Edaravone and Shu Xue Tong.Methods 64 cases of cerebral infarction patient were divided into two groups randomly.The therapy group was treated with 30mg of Edaravone and 8ml Shu Xue Torg intravenously per day as a course of twice weeks.The control group was treated with 500ml of dextran-40 and 16ml radix intravenously per day as a course of twice weeks.The nerve defected function score,lab test and the side effect were observed and compared with between two groups.Results The decreasing of nerve defected function score had significantly difference between two group with P<0.01 and the total effective rate in therapy group 96.88% that higher than control group 75%.The hemorheology data in therapy group improved than control group with P<0.01.Conclusion The combination treatment with these two drugs might safe and effective for the patient of cerebral infarction within 72 hours.
