加用静脉丙种球蛋白治疗小儿手足口病

目的探讨静脉丙种球蛋白治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法将67例手足口病患儿随机分为2组：对照组35例给予抗病毒和对症支持治疗;治疗组32例在对照组基础上加用静脉丙种球蛋白（IVIG）400 mg/kg静脉滴注1次。2组均计退热时间及手、足、口腔疱疹消失时间。结果治疗组平均退热时间及疱疹消失时间,明显少于对照组（P〈0.01）,未见副作用。结论加用静脉丙种球蛋白治疗小儿手足口病疗效好,能缩短病程,安全有效。

The curative effects of intravenous immunoglobulin on hand-foot-mouth disease

Objective To explore the curative effects of intravenous immunogtobulin （IVIG） on hand-foot-mouth disease （ HFMD ）. Methods 67 children with hand-foot-mouth disease were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group was treated with one dosage of IVIG （400 mg/kg） and the normal supportive therapy. The same therapy was performed in the control group except for IVIG. The time of fever relieving and scabbing of the patients of the two groups was observed separately. Results The time of fever relieving and scabbing in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. No side-effects occurred in the treatment group in this study. Conclusion IVIG therapy is safe and efficacious for children with HFMD, and it is helpful in shortening the period of progress.
