糖尿病视网膜病变患者激光治疗的护理及相关指导

目的：让病人了解糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）治疗的过程及安全性，以达到满意的治疗效果。方法：对684例糖尿病视网膜病变的病人治疗观察护理，了解病人的心理变化及采取相关的护理措施。结果：多数病人治疗前均有不同程度的紧张恐惧心理，经护理人员积极采取有效的心理沟通方式．说明此项技术先进性与安全性及治疗后可能出现的不适反应，可明显消除病人的思想顾虑和紧张情绪。结论：氩激光技术对糖尿病视网膜病变的治疗方法简单、安全、治疗效果确切。做好治疗前、治疗中、治疗后的护理及相关指导尤为重要。

Nursing of Laser Treatment and Correlative Instruction for The Diabetes Retina Pathological Change Patients
