肾移植术后移植肾功能延迟恢复13例临床分析及防治

目的：探讨肾移植术后移植肾功能延迟恢复的防治。方怯：对13例移植肾功能延迟恢复患者的1临床资料进行分析。结果：术后即无尿者2例，11例在术后1周内无尿。急性肾小管坏死者11例，其中发生左心衰1例，发生左心衰及肺部感染1例，急性排斥反应2例。13例患者经综合治疗后，12例肾功能于47d内恢复到正常，1例略高于正常值。结论：移植肾功能延迟恢复是肾移植术后常见的并发症，应积极预防；一旦发生应采取综合治疗措施。

Clinical Analysis and Treatment of Delayed Graft Function after Kidney Transplantation

Objective: To investigate the prevention and treatment of delayed graft function after kidney transplantation.Methods:The clinical datum and means of treatment of 13 cases of delayed graft function were reviewed retrospectively.Results:Two cases were anuric after surgery,11 cases were anuric in a week after surgery.The reasons for delayed graft function covered,acute tubular necrosis account for 11 cases,in which 1 case showed left heart failure and 1 case did left heart failure accompanied by pulmonary infection.Acute rejection account for 2 cases.By combined therapy of regulating the dose of immunodepressant, applying two dosage of Zenapax and polyclonal antibody ALG,anti-infection and no heparinemia hematodialysis,the renal function of 12 case completely recovered in 47 days,1 case was slightly higher than normal.Conclusion:Delayed graft function is frequent complication after kidney transplantation,it should be actively prevented;once happened,combined therapeutic measure should be taken.
