16岁以下44例住院死亡病例原因分析

目的分析住院患儿死亡原发疾病谱,探讨患儿直接死因及如何规范死亡病例讨论。方法对本院44例住院死亡病历进行回顾性分析,根据死亡病例的原始病历资料及死亡病例讨论,分析其直接死因。结果 44例死亡病例中,婴幼儿占总数的56.8%,原发病中前3位是意外伤害(多发性复合伤、农药中毒)12例(27.3%),新生儿疾病10例(22.7%),神经系统疾病6例(13.6%)。推断出直接死因前3位是脑疝10例,急性肺水肿7例,肺透明膜病6例。结论意外伤害及新生儿疾病是危及患儿生命的主要疾病,是目前研究的重点。死亡讨论是医院的核心制度,不仅要找出原发病,还要寻找直接死因,关键在于抓住病情恶化的时间点。

Analysis of Direct Cause of Death about Dead Cases in 44 Cases Under the age of 16

Objective To investigate the trends in the change of spectra of cause of death among hospitalized children, analyze and discuss how to seek direct cause of death and how to regulate death case discussions. Methods A retrospective analysis was reviewed of 44 death cases in People＇ s Hospital of ShangLin County. Of which, these were analyzed for seeking direct cause of death according to the original medical records. Results Of the total 44 cases, 56.8% patients were infants and young children, The three most frequent primary diseases were accidental injury （multiple injuries, pesticide poisoning）12 cases （27.3%）, newborn infant disease 10 cases （22.7%）, neurologic disorder 6 cases （13.6%）.Furthermore, among 44 patients, hernia of brain 10 cases, acute lung edema 7 cases, hyaline membrane disease 6 cases were the top three direct causes of death. Conclusion Newborn infant disease and disease of accidental injury are serious dangers to critically ill children, which needs further study. Meanwhile death ease discussions is an important part in hospital cure system, the aim is to look for primary diseases, and direct cause. The key to look direct cause of death is catching hold of the patient＇ s deteriorating time.
