氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林对急性心肌梗死的效果分析

目的对氯吡格雷(波立维)联合阿司匹林对治疗急性心肌梗死的临床效果进行观察分析。方法随机选取2010年5月—2012年5月该院收治的急性心肌梗死患者88例,将其平均分为两组(对照组A组和观察组B组),每组44例,在常规治疗的基础上,A组仅给予肠溶阿司匹林每天100mg,观察组B组给予肠溶阿司匹林每天100mg,氯吡格雷每天75mg,1次/d,观察治疗期间(四周)心绞痛发生情况,心血管事件的发生情况,心脏功能的改善情况及药物的不良反应等。结果两组的总有效率比较发现观察组均要明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组在再发心梗、心衰、心律失常、心血管性死亡等心血管事件的发生方面明显好于对照组,副作用方面,两组患者均未出现严重出血,两组的胃肠道反应没有明显差异。结论氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗急性心肌梗死临床治疗效果显著,而且可以降低心血管事件的发生率,副作用少,具有较好的安全性,值得临床借鉴推广。

Analysis of the effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin on acute myocardial infarction

Objective To clopidogrel （Plavix）were combined with aspirin in patients with acute myocardial infarction clinical effect observation analysis. Methods 88 patients with acute myocardial infarction from 2010 May to 2012 of May in our hospital were randomly selected cases, the average divided into two groups （group A and group B group）, 44 cases in each group, on the basis of conventional treatment, A group was given aspirin 100mg per day, the observation group B group received enteric-coated daily aspirin 100mg, clopidogrel 75mg daily, once a day, observed during the treatment period （around）angina pectoris, cardiovascular events, improve heart function and adverse drug reaction. Results Of the two group in the total efficiency comparison of observation group were significantly higher than the control group （P〈 0.05）, the observation group in terms of cardiovascular events, recurrent myocardial infarction, heart failure, arrhythmia, cardiovascular death was significantly better than the control group, the side effects, two patients had no serious bleeding, no obvious difference gastrointestinal reactions of the two groups. Conclusion The combination of clopidogrel and aspirin significantly in treatment of acute myocardial infarction clinical curative effect, but also can reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events, less side effects, good security, is worthy of clinical reference.
