超声对乳腺导管内癌的诊断价值

目的探讨乳腺导管内癌(DCIS)的超声表现及超声对不同类型DCIS的诊断价值,以提高乳腺癌的超声诊断水平。方法回顾性分析30例经手术病理证实的乳腺导管内癌患者超声表现。结果超声显示为肿块型17例,包括实性及囊实性;非肿块型13例,主要指导管扩张型,内部充满弱低回声,伴钙化或不伴钙化。本组患者中超声提示导管内病变20例,其中考虑恶性15例,不除外导管乳头状瘤5例;其余建议穿刺或密切观察10例。结论超声作为无创性的诊断方法,在导管内癌的诊断方面具有重要的意义。

Ultrasonography in the diagnosis of breast intraductal carcinoma of the value

Objective To investigate breast intraductal carcinoma （DCIS） of ultrasound and ultrasound performance for different types of DCIS, in order to improve the diagnostic value of ultrasound diagnosis level of breast cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis of 30 cases of surgical pathology confirmed breast intraductal carcinoma sonographic findings. Results Ultrasonic display for mass type 17 cases, including real property and pouch or solid, not mass type 13 cases, the main guide tube expanding, internal filled with weak low echo, with calcification or not with calcification, The patients ultrasonic tip intraductal disease and an example, consider malignant in 15 cases, no exception catheter papilloma （5 cases）, the proposal puncture or closely observe 10 cases. Conclusion Ultrasonography as a noninvasive diagnostic method, in the diagnosis of intraductal carcinoma has an important significance.
