| 摘 要： | 目的评估呼吸功能训练改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者生活质量的效果。方法选取本科住院的COPD患者60例,进行腹式缩唇深呼吸运动、呼吸体操锻炼及有效咳嗽排痰训练,观察患者肺功能及生活质量改善情况。结果出院时患者的肺功能指标均有不同程度的提高。结论呼吸功能训练能提高患者自理能力和生活质量,是一种较好的教育方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of respiratory function training on life quality of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD)patients.Methods Sixty inpatients with COPD were trained by pursed lip abdominal respiratory exercises,respiratory gymnastics training and effective cough exercises.The improvement of pulmonary function and life quality were observed.Results All indexes of pulmonary function were improved to a certain extent in the training group.Conclusions The respiratory function training can improve the self-care and the life quality of patients.It is a better method for teaching the patients. |
