| 摘 要： | 准确把握医疗器械行业未来五年的人才需求,是进一步明确医疗器械专业建设方向、培养与市场需求相适应的高级应用型专业人才、保证医疗器械专业就业率的基础工作之一.文章在把握产业市场发展趋势的基础上,依据抽样调查得到的数据测算、分析"十一五"期间浙江省内三种类型医疗器械用人单位的用人需求数量和趋势.

| Abstract: | Accurate estimation of talent demand in the medical instrument industry in the future 5 years is one of the foundation work of further construction of the Medical Instrument department in the right direction, cultivation of high-level application specialized talented person which adapts the market requirement and assurance of the employment rate. Based on the understanding of industry marketing and the survey results, this report analyses the number of talents demanded and its growth trend of three types of related employers within Zhejiang province during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan. |
