哮喘小鼠肺组织中IL-17及IL-17受体的变化

摘    要:目的:探讨哮喘小鼠肺泡灌洗液(Bronchoalveolarlavagefluid,BALF)中自细胞介素-17(IL-17)及肺组织匀浆中IL-17受体含量的变化。方法:将64只BALB/c小鼠分为正常组32只,哮喘组32只,两组分别于造模后第3、7、14、21天取小鼠肺泡灌洗液及肺组织,每次8只。应用ELISA法检测小鼠BALF中IL-17及肺组织匀浆中IL-17受体的含量。结果:哮喘组较正常组IL-17及IL-17受体含量有显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。哮喘组第7天IL-17及IL-17受体含量达到高峰。结论:哮喘组小鼠肺组织中IL-17及IL-17受体含量升高,且在造模后第7天达到高峰。IL-17及IL-17受体可能是参与支气管哮喘急性发作的主要细胞因子。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the changes of the levels of IL-17 in a bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and Interleukin-17 receptor in lung tissue homogenate of asthmatic mouse. Methods.. Sixty-four BALB/c mice were randomly divided into two groups, normal group and asthma group, each group 32. The BALF and lung tissue of two groups were respectively collected after modeling on day 3,7, 14,21, each time 8. The contents of IL-17 in BALF and IL-17 receptor in lung tissue homogenate were detected by ELISA method. Results.. The contents of IL-17 and IL-17 receptor in asthma group were increased significantly than normal group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0. 05). The contents of IL-17 and IL-17 receptor reached the peak on the 7th day after modaling. Conclusion.The contents of IL-17 and IL-17 receptor in the asthma group increased,and reached the peak at the 7th day after modeling. IL-17 and IL-17 receptor may be the main cytokines involved in acute attack of bronchial asthma.
