Th22细胞和IL-22在肝癌外周血的表达及与肿瘤标记物的相关性研究

目的探讨Th22和IL-22在肝细胞癌外周血的表达情况,并分析其与肿瘤标记物的相关性。方法抽取45例肝细胞癌患者和15名正常人的外周血标本,采用流式细胞术检查Th22细胞水平,ELISA法检测IL-22水平,分析Th22、IL-22水平与肿瘤标记物AFP、CA125、CA193、CA199、CEA的相关性。结果肝细胞癌患者Th22和IL-22水平均显著高于健康人群水平(P0.05)。男性和女性患者Th22、IL-22水平差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。肝细胞癌患者外周血Th22细胞数量和血清IL-22水平存在正相关(r=0.322,P=0.033),而Th22数量和血清IL-22水平与肿瘤标记物AFP、CA125、CA193、CA199、CEA均无相关性(P0.05)。结论尽管Th22和IL-22在肝癌外周血中高表达,但与血清肿瘤标记物无相关性,其在肝癌发病中的临床意义仍需临床大样本研究证实。

Relevance of Th22 cells and IL-22 expression with tumor markers in peripheral blood of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective To investigate the level of Th22 cells and IL-22 in peripheral blood of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma （ HCC ） and their correlation with tumor markers .Methods Th22 cells in blood samples from 45 patients with HCC and 15 normal controls were detected by flow cytometry （ FCM） .IL-22 levels were detected by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay .Statistical analysis of the relevance of Th 22 cells, IL-22 levels and tumor markers including AFP, CA125, CA193, CA199, CEA was performed.Results The level of Th22 cells and IL-22 in peripheral blood of patients with primary hepatic carcinoma were significantly higher than that of normal controls （ P0.05）.Conclusion The levels of Th22 cells and IL-22 expression in peripheral blood of HCC patients are high but have no correlation with tumor markers and their clinical significance in HCC still need large clinical sample analysis .
