家庭病床配置的社会医学方法研究

为满足社区卫生服务不断发展的需要,本文对上海市的3种家庭病床(以下简称家床)设置指标进行分析,探讨适合不同地区社区卫生服务发展的数量设置模型,提出了家床需要量是结合客观实际较好的家床数量设置指标.建议在卫生资源可以高配置的地区,利用该指标设置家床数量.认为家床规划量和要求量只从单方面说明家床的配置情况,其配置数量很难满足社区居民不断增长的卫生服务需要.建议在中度配置卫生资源的地区,可以用要求量指标;在只需满足基本卫生需求的地方,可以用规划量指标.

Study on the Allocation of Family Beds with the Methods of Social Medicine

For satisfying the development need of community health service, analyses were crried in aollation of family beds in Shanghai city. The arms are to find fit models for the development of community health service in difference areas. The results found that family beds need is better collation indexes of family beds which bases on the aim of community health neruice comparing with family beds want, Te author proposes where health resource can be collated in high quality the index of family beds need may be used. Although family beds planning and family beds want can also reflect impersonality practicality to a certain extent in collating family beds, these two indexes only show the unilateral collation status of family beds, therefore, it is difficult for the collation numbers of family beds measured by this two indexes to satisfy the health service need which is increasing by community inhabitants. The author suggests where health resource can be collated in medium-degree the family beds want can be used, the basic collation areas, the family beds planning.
