COX-2和MMP-2在乳腺癌中的表达及意义

目的探讨环氧化酶-2（cyclooxygenase,COX-2）和基质金属蛋白酶-2（matrix metalloproteinase-2,MMP-2）在乳腺癌中表达的意义和相互关系。方法免疫组化方法（S-P法）观察70例乳腺癌,15例乳腺良性肿瘤与15例正常乳腺组织的COX-2和MMP-2的表达。结果正常乳腺组织和良性肿瘤中COX-2和MMP-2无表达,乳腺癌组织中COX-2和MMP-2的阳性表达率分别为57.14%和61.43%（P〈0.05）,cyclinE和p53的阳性表达与乳腺癌的临床分期密切相关（P〈0.05）;cyclinE和p53在乳腺癌的阳性表达具有相关（P〈0.05）,共同阳性表达的患者5年生存率明显低于阴性者（P〈0.05）。结论COX-2和MMP-2在乳腺癌中均有高表达,在乳腺癌的发病过程中它们的高表达具有协同效应,共同促进乳腺癌的发生和发展。

Expressions of COX-2 and MMP-2 in breast cancer and their significances

Objective Purpose To explore the significance of COX-2 and MMP-2 expression in breast cancer and their correlationship.Methods The expression of COX-2 and MMP-2 were evaluated by immunohistochemistry （S-P method） in 70 cases of breast cancer, 15 cases of benign breast tumor and 15 cases of normal breast tissue. Results The positive rates of COX-2 and MMP- 2 in breast cancer were 57.14% and 61.43% respectively,while no expression of COX-2 and MMP-2 were detected in normal breast tissue and benign breast tumors（ P 〈0.05）. The expression of COX-2 andMMP-2 were closely correlated with clinical stage （ P 〈 0.05） .There was significant correlation between the expression of COX-2 and MMP-2 in breast cancer （P 〈 0.05）.The 5-year survival of patients with coexpression of COX-2 and MMP-2 was significantly poorer（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion COX-2 and MMP-2 are all highly expressed in breast cancer, they cooperate with each other during the development of breast cancer.
