摘    要:目的 探讨一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)在蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后急性脑出血痉挛(CVS)中的作用。方法 对SAH模型组和假手术组大脑检测术后24h内局部脑血流量(rBCF)、血浆及脑组织NO、ET含量的动态改变,并测量基底动脉(BA)管径,3d后行海马组织病理检查。结果 SAH后24h内rCBF迅速而持续降低,BA痉挛;3d后海马CA1区神经元明显受损,血清NO明显减少,脑组织NO显著增多,

Abstract:To investigate the effect of nitric oxide(NO), endothelin(ET) on cerebral vasospasm(CVS) following subarbarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH).Methods Rats were divided into sham operated group and SAH group. Dynamic changes of regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF), NO and ET levels in both blood and brain tissue within 24 h after operation were observed. Diameter of basilar artery(BA) and pathological change of CA1 region of hippocampus were also examined.Results SAH caused obvious and persistent decrease of rCBF within 24 h. Spasm of BA occured 0.5 h after SAH. Neurons of hippocampus CA1 region were damaged severely 3 d after SAH. Serum NO levels decreased while brain NO levels increased. ET levels in both plasma and brain tissue increased.Conclusions Decrease of NO and increase of ET in blood are involved in the development of acute CVS after SAH. Increase of NO and ET in brain tissue contributes to brain damage due to CVS.
