预见性干预措施在治疗脑囊虫病中的应用研究

目的探讨预见性干预措施在吡喹酮、阿苯达唑治疗脑囊虫病中的作用。方法选取2005年1月～2007年12月山东省寄生虫病防治研究所诊断脑囊虫病患者286例，随机分为两组，观察组按预见性干预措施程序护理，对照组按常规程序护理，均采用口服吡喹酮、阿苯达唑进行治疗。结果预见性护理组，荨麻疹、肝功损害、癫痫发作、颅内压增高等杀虫反应发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05），总有效率高于对照组（P〈0．05），差异有显著性。结论预见性干预措施能有效降低吡喹酮、阿苯迭唑杀虫反应发生率，显著提高治疗效果。

Application of predictive medical intervention nursing measures in treatment of cerebral cysticereosis

Objective To explore the effect of application of predictive medical intervention nursing measures in treatment of cerebral cysticercosis with praziquantel and albendazole. Methods The 286 hospitalized cerebral cysfieercosis patients in the Institute＇ s hospital from January 2005 to December 2007 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, both ttreated with praziquantel and albendazole. The patients in observation group were managed by predictive medical intervention nursing measures and those in control group were managed with conventional one. Results The incidence of cysticercidal reaction, such as urticaria, the functional lesion of the liver, epilepsy, intracranial hypertension in observed group was much lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The predictive medical intervention nursing measures can significantly reduce the rate of cysticercidal reaction due to administration of praziquantel and albendazole and enhance the therapeutic effect.
