| 摘 要： | 核心蛋白聚糖(decorin)是富含亮氨酸的小分子蛋白聚糖家族成员之一.decorin通过调节细胞内多种信号通路影响肿瘤的增殖、分化及迁移.decorin在调节细胞因子、免疫抑制及抑制肿瘤细胞生长和转移上的作用,必将成为肿瘤治疗的一个新靶点.

| Abstract: | Decorin is a member of small leucine - rich proteoglycan( SLRP) family. Decorin plays an important role in proliferation, differentiation, and migration of carcinoma cells by regulating virous signaling pathways. Decorin will be a novel target for cancer therapy for its role such as regulating cytokines, immunosupression,and inhibiting cancer cells growth and metastasis. |
