目的    探讨慢性牙周炎与脑血栓形成的相关性。方法    选择2008年2月至2009年10月在辽宁省人民医院神经内科住院的脑血栓形成患者76例为脑血栓组，口腔科门诊以非牙周疾病就诊患者98例为对照组。两组均进行相同的病史及牙周检查。比较两组牙周炎患病率及牙周健康状况的差异。结果    脑血栓组患者探诊深度（PD）、附着丧失（CAL）均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）；脑血栓组牙周炎患病率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）；随着慢性牙周炎程度的加重，脑血栓形成的危险性递增。结论    慢性牙周炎与脑血栓形成之间可能存在一定的相关性。

Study on the correlation between chronic periodontitis and cerebral thrombosis

Objective To investigate the relationship between chronic periodontitis（CP）and cerebral thrombosis（CT）.Methods Select 76 patients with cerebral thrombosis in Neurology of Liaoning Provincial People＇s Hospital from February 2008 to October 2009.Ninety-eight cases of non-periodontal disease from dental clinics were as a control group.The same clinical questionnaire and examination were completed.The incidence rate of periodontal disease and status of periodontal tissue were compared in two groups.Results The incidence rate of CP in the CT group was much higher than that in the control group（P 0.05）.Data from univariate analysis showed that there was significant difference in PD and CAL between patients with CT and those without CT.Significant dosage effective response was a1so found in the relationship between CP and CT.Conclusion There might be some correlation between CP and cerebral thrombosis.
