城市老年人高血压相关危险因素分析

目的探讨城市老年人高血压及相关危险因素。方法对2640例老年人(≥60岁)的BP、BMI、Glu、TC、TG、BUN、Cr、UA之间的关系进行t检验及Logistic回归分析。结果老年人高血压组的年龄、BMI、饮食偏咸、高血压家族史均大于血压正常组,有显著性差异(P<0.01),而两组间Glu、TC、TG、BUN、Cr、UA无统计学差异(P>0.05);进行Logistic回归模型后年龄、BMI、饮食偏咸、高血压家族史与高血压的发生呈正相关(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论年龄、BMI、高钠饮食和高血压家族史是影响老年人高血压的重要因素。

Analisis the Relationship between Hypertension and Risk Factors in the Elders of the City

Objective To explore the relationship between hypertension and risk factors.Methods BP,BMI,Glucose,TC,TG,BUN,Cr,UA of 2640 elders were measured.The relationship between hypertension and relative factors were analyzied with t-test and logistic by SPSS 10.0.Results Age,BMI,BUN,Cr,UA,high salt drink and food,family history of hypertension in hypertension group were higher than those in normal blood pressure,the difference was significant(P < 0.01) ,but the difference of glucose,TC,TG,BUN,Cr,UC between the two groups were not significant(P > 0.05) .There was positive correlation between age,BMI and glucose with hypertension(OR>1,P< 0.05) .Conclusion Age,BMI,high salt drink and food,family history of hypertension have more effect on hypertension.
