| 摘 要： | 目的：了解临床护士接触抗肿瘤药物的职业防护行为现状。方法：采用自行设计调查问卷对综合医院363名临床一线护士进行问卷调查。结果：接触抗肿瘤药物护士的职业防护行为较差；肿瘤科护士接触抗肿药物职业防护行为好于非肿瘤科室护士；结论：应健全管理制度和规范操作规程，配备防护设施；加强职业防护教育。提高防护意识，规范防护行为，减少职业危害。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the occupational protection situation of nurse who worked in general hospital.Methods:The investigation was carried out in 363 nurses who contact with anti-cancer drugs by using the self-designed questionnaires.Results:In general hospital,nurse's protection activity situation is serious.Conclusion:In order to alleviate the occupational hazards and maintain nurse's health,more vocational training should be provide,as well as the cognition should be improved and the protective action should be regulated. |
