摘    要:目的:研究黔产鱼眼草的化学成分,为阐明其活性成分提供依据。方法:利用各种色谱技术进行分离,根据化合物的光谱数据和理化常数鉴定其结构。结果:分离并鉴定了7个化合物,分别为正二十二烷(1)、正二十八烷酸(2)、正二十烷酸甲酯(3)、十六烷酸三十烷醇酯(4)、脱镁叶绿素甲酯(5)、柳穿鱼素(6)、柳穿鱼素-7-葡萄糖苷(7)。结论:化合物1~7均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective: Study on the chemical constituents of Dichrocephala integrifolia. Method: The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel column and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography and their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis and physicochemical properties. Result: Sven compounds were obtained and identified as docosane (1), N-octacosanoic acid (2), eicosanoic acid (3), henicosanoic acid methyl ester (4), methyl phaeophorbide-a (5), pectolinarigenin (6) and pectolinarigenin-7-glucoside(7). Conclusion: All these compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
