| 摘 要： | 应用４种抗Ｐ~（５３）单克隆抗体免疫组化法对福建高发区３４例胃癌及低发区４３例胃癌组织中Ｐ~（５３）蛋白表达情况进行检测。结果显示１８例高发区胃癌及１２例低发区胃癌呈阳性反应。高、低发区胃良性病变各１５例呈阴性反应。Ｐ~（５３）在高、低发区胃癌组织中表达差异有显著性。Ｐ~（５３）阳性表达构成与患者年龄相关，而与患者性别、肿瘤浸润深度及淋巴结受累情况无关。Ｐ~（５３）蛋白的过度表达可能是高发区胃癌发生过程中的主要影响因素，而在低发区胃癌中则仅可能与某一胃癌病理类型关系密切。

| Abstract: | P53 expression in 34 cases and 43 cases of gastric carcinoma in high and low prevalence areas in Fujian was studied with 4 anti-P53 monoclonal antibodies.The results show 18 and 12 positive cases in high and low.prevalence areas respectively,30 cases of benign gastric diseases including 15 cases from both areas are P53 negative.There is significant difference about P53 expression in gastric carcinoma between both areas.P53 expression is markedly related with age but not with sex,depth of tumour invasion and lymph-node involvement.Our results suggest that P53 overexpression would be a main alteration in the process of gastric carcinogenesis of high prevalence area,but it may only associate with certain types of gastric cancinoma in low prevalence area. |
