川北医学院护理新生营养知识、态度、行为调查分析

目的:了解川北医学院护理新生营养知识、态度、行为(KAP)的现状。方法:采用整群抽样方法对川北医学院护理本科2008级297名学生进行自行设计的营养KAP问卷调查。结果:川北医学院护理新生对营养知识比较欠缺,营养知识的平均知晓率为50.73%,且存在一些不合理的饮食习惯,如偏食挑食、牛奶摄入不足等,但有积极良好的态度。结论:应加强护理新生营养教育,提高营养知识水平,改变不良饮食行为,提高健康水平,为其能有效开展临床护理工作提供支持。

Nutrition KAP Survey and Analysis of Nursing Freshmen in North Sichuan Medical College

Objective： To study the knowledge,attitude and practice（KAP）on nutrition status of nursing freshmen in North Sichuan Medical College.Methods： By cluster sampling method and self-designed questionnaires,the knowledge,attitude and practice on nutrition were investigated among 297 nursing undergraduates of 2008 grade.Results： The Nursing Freshmen in North Sichuan Medical College were lack of the nutritional knowledge,the average awareness rate of nutritional knowledge was 50.73%.There were some unreasonable eating habits,such as the choosy food,inadequate intake of milk,but they had a positive attitude.Conclusions： It is necessary to strengthen nutrition education in Nursing Freshmen of North Sichuan Medical College,improve their nutritional knowledge,promote the changes of their ill dietary behavior,improve health level and provide support to effectively carry out clinical work.
