| 摘 要： | 目的探讨抗鸡卵核抗体在危重病患者血清中的分布特点。方法收集重症监护病房(ICU)重症监护患者(包括急性病与慢性病),排除自身免疫系统疾病[1],依据病情分为急性病ICU组、慢性病ICU组,并设健康对照组。取血清用间接酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法测定抗鸡卵核抗体效价。结果慢性病ICU组与健康对照组、急性病ICU组与健康对照组血清中抗鸡卵核抗体效价均显著性降低,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论抗鸡卵核抗体水平在危重症患者显著降低,其效价对评价病情程度有一定临床意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the distributed characters of anti-egg nucleus antibody in serum of critical patients.Methods The patients were collected （including the patients with acute disease and chronic disease） from intensive care unit （ICU）,autoimmune diseases were excluded [1].The patients were divided into ICU acute diseases group,ICU chronic diseases group,the healthy people were regard as the control group.Anti-egg nucleus antibody was detected by indirect enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）.Results The titer of anti-egg nucleus antibody in serum of ICU chronic disease group and ICU acute disease group decreased significantly （P〈0.01）,comparing with control group.Conclusion The level of anti-egg nucleus antibody decreases significantly in the critical period of patients.The titer of anti-egg nucleus antibody may be used to evaluate disease conditions. |
