艾恒联合亚叶酸钙及5-氟脲嘧啶持续输注治疗晚期大肠癌的近期疗效分析

目的　观察艾恒 (国产奥沙利铂 ,L_OHP)联合亚叶酸钙 (CF)、5_氟脲嘧啶 ( 5_Fu)持续输注治疗晚期大肠癌的近期疗效和不良反应。方法　L_OHP 13 0mg/m2 ,静脉滴注 2h ,d1 ,每 4周重复 ;CF 2 0 0mg/m2 ,静脉滴注 2h后推注 5_Fu 5 0 0mg ,后续 5_Fu 15 0 0mg/m2 ,静脉持续输注 2 4小时 ,d1～ 2 ,每两周重复。 8周后判定疗效。结果　全组CR 0例 ,PR 7例 ,SD 4例 ,PD 5例 ,总有效率 43 8%。初治有效率 5 0 %,复治有效率 40 %。主要的不良反应为轻度的外周神经毒性、轻中度的骨髓抑制和恶心呕吐。结论　L_OHP联合CF、5_Fu持续输注方案有一定的疗效 ,不良反应轻 ,且经济实用

The Oxaliplatin in Combination with Calcium Folinate and 5-Fluorouracil Continuous Infusion for Advanced Colorectal Cancer

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of oxaliplatin in combination with calcium folinate and 5_fluorouracil continuous infusion in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.Methods Oxaliplatin 130 mg/m 2 iv 2h d 1,calcium folinate 200 mg/m 2 iv 2h followed by 5_fluorouracil 500 mg iv bolus and 5_fluorouracil 1500 mg/m 2 iv 24 h d 1,2 were given.Oxaliplatin was repeated every 4 weeks.The others were repeated every 2 weeks.Efficacy was evaluated at 8 weeks.Results There were 0 CR,7 PR,4 SD and 5 PD in the group.The overall response rate was 43 8%.Overall response rate for chemotherapy naive and pretreated patients were 50% and 40%.The major toxic reactions were nausea,vomiting and peripheral neurotoxicity.Conclusions Oxaliplatin made in China plus calcium folinate and 5_fluorouracil continuous infusion combination therapy is effective and cheap for advanced colorectal cancer with mild toxicity.
