| 摘 要： | 目的探讨癌胚抗原（CEA）和腺苷脱氨酶（ADA）检测在浆膜积液性质鉴别诊断中的临床意义。方法收集204例患者浆膜积液，检测CEA和ADA。结果82例癌性浆膜积液的CEA含量〉5ng／ml者56例，占68．29％。122例非癌性浆膜积液CEA检测结果均≤5ng／ml，而结核性浆膜积液ADA为（79．88±24．84）U／L，癌性浆膜积液的ADA为（25．38±8．15）U／L，漏出液的ADA为（8．65±4．52）U／L。结论CEA、ADA检测对浆膜积液的性质鉴别诊断有较好的价值。

| Abstract: | [ Objective] To discuss the clinical significance of CEA and ADA in serous effusions differential Diagnosis. [ Methods] 204 samples of serous effusions were collected, and then were determined CEA and ADA. [ Results] Of 82 cases with malignant serous fluid, 56 { 68.29% ） cases＇CEA content 〉 5 ng/ml. CEA of 122 cases with benign serous fluid ≤5 ng/ml. ADA of tuberculous serous fluid, malignant serous fluid and leaky fluid was （ 79.88 ±24.84 } U/L, （ 25.38 ± 8.15 } U/L and （ 8.65± 4.52 } U/L respectively. [ Conclusion]Testing CEA and ADA has important value for differential diagnosis of serous effusions. |
