肾病综合症患儿血清锌、铜、钙、镁及免疫指标水平测定与分析

[目的] 探讨血清锌、铜、钙、镁水平与肾病综合症患儿免疫指标的关系。[方法] 用原子吸收法对30例肾病综合症患儿进行了血清锌、铜、钙、镁的测定及免疫指标检查，并分析了肾病综合征(NS)患儿锌缺乏与免疫功能的关系。[结果] 肾病综合症患儿血清锌、铜、钙均较低，与正常对照组比较差异有显著性(P＜0．05)，而镁正常，所有NS患儿免疫指标水平均有降低，但低锌的NS患儿免疫指标水平降低更显著。[结论] 肾病综合症患儿存在微量元素锌铜的缺乏，其中低锌也是造成免疫指标低下的原因之一，提示临床医师应常规检查微量元素尤其是锌，在治疗本病的同时应重视对缺锌者予以适量补充。

The Investigation and Analysis of Contents of Zinc, Copper, Calcium Magnesium and Immune Indices in Serum of Children With Nephrotic Syndrome

To investigate the relationship between serum level of Zn,Cu,Ca,Mg and immune indices of nephrotic syndrome (NS). the contents of Zn,Cu,Ca and Mg in serum of 30 children with NS were measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Meanwhile, the immune indices of children with NS were observed and compared with children whose zinc in serum was lower. The contents of Zn, Cu, Ca in serum of children with NS were significantly lower than that of normal control group ( P <0.05). The contents of Mg in serum of children with NS were normal. Children with NS were relative to lower immune function,especially who had lower zinc in serum.[Conclusions] Children with NS had lower trace elements(Zn, Cu).Insufficiency of zinc could detract immune function.The trace elements should be measured rountinely in children with NS, the appropriate content need be supplemented if the trace elements were lower.
