庆大霉素对豚鼠耳蜗琥珀酸脱氢酶的影响

摘    要:目的观察庆大霉素(GE)对耳蜗毛细胞琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)的影响。方法用组织化学染色方法,观察GE引起的豚鼠耳蜗毛细胞SDH的变化。结果正常豚鼠耳蜗内毛细胞的SDH呈深蓝色染色,显示毛细胞排列形式;GE耳中毒豚鼠耳蜗毛细胞内的SDH显示变淡,甚至消失,毛细胞破坏显著。结论实验结果表明,GE引起的耳蜗毛细胞的损坏与线粒体呼吸酶活性变化有关,可能由于呼吸酶活性降低,导致细胞供能障碍,最终引起毛细胞的坏死

Abstract:Objective:To obeserved the effects of gentamycin(GE)on the succinate dehydrogenase(SDH)in guinea pigs cochlear hair cell.Methods:The Variations of the SDH in the cochlear hair cells in normal guinea pegs,while that in GE ototoxic cochlear hair cells induced by GE were observed with histochemical stain in guinea pigs.Results:The SDH in the cochlear hair cells appeared staining of hyperblue and showing arrangement form of the cochlear hair cells presented light blue or disappear.The cochlear hair cells were damaged markedly.Conclusion:Injuries of the cochlear hair cells induced by GE have relation with the change of the respiratory enzyme activity in the mitochondrion.The disturbance of energy supply induced by reduction of respiratory enzyme activity can be a cause of hair cells injuries.
