急性手腕下垂患者的神经肌电图检测研究

摘    要:目的了解在神经肌电图检测中不同刺激点对急性腕下垂病人神经病变定位诊断的价值。方法对42例急性手腕下垂患者进行上肢桡神经肌电图检测。结果(1)用针极肌电图检测,患侧未记录到运动单位电位;(2)用神经肌电图测得,第一组刺激点诱发出的电位时限,末端潜伏期、运动神经传导速度,两侧上肢均在正常范围,对比无差异(P>0.05);第二组刺激点测得的神经肌电图电位变化表现为,患侧电位时限增宽、末端潜伏期延长(P<0.01)、运动传导速度明显减慢(P<0.01)。结论神经肌电图对急性手腕下垂的早期诊断是一种较有效的检测方法,检测刺激点以第二组为佳。

STUDY ON NERVE ELECTROMYOGRAPH OF ACUTE CARPOPTOSIS

Abstract:Objective:To know the diagnostic value of different stimulating points on locating nerve dysfunction in patients with acute carpoptosis.Method:The upper arm electromyograph of radial nerve was detected in 42 patients with acute carpoptosis.Results:(1) The bioelectrical discharge of motor unit in the diseased side wasn't observed by the electromyograph of the needle pole.(2)The terminal latency,the duration of evoked potential and the motor nerve conduction velocity in the first group's stimulating points of both arms were normal by the nerve electromyograph recoding,and no significance(P>0.05).In the second group's stimulating points of the both arms,we found the terminal latency and the duration of evoked potential were longer(P<0.01),the conduction velocity of the motor nerve was very slower (P<0.01).Conclusion:The nerve electromyograph is an effective detecting method in early diagnosis for acute carpoptosis,and the second group's stimulating points is better.
