| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同病期的恶性肿瘤病人的血小板变化特点。方法选用日本产Ｆ—３００系半自动血液分析仪检测恶性肿瘤病人（包括手术前、伴转移、手术后和复发时）血小板计数，并与良性肿瘤病人相比较。结果恶性肿瘤病人的血小板在手术前明显高于手术后和良性肿瘤病人，有转移和复发时更高。结论肿瘤细胞能激活血小板，促进血小板聚集；血小板刺激肿瘤增生，促进肿瘤转移。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the changs of platelet in patients with milignant tumor in different period. Method: The platelet in 263 patients with milignant tumor (preoperation, postoperation, metastasis and recurrence ) were examed by F-300 semi-automatic blood analysor, and compared with those in 42 patients with benign tumor. Result: The numbers of platelet in patients with milignant tumor were higher before operation than those after operation and those in patients with benign tumor. And they were much higher when the metastasis and recurrence ocurred. Conclusion: The milignant tumor cells can activate platelet and make them congregated. The platelet can cause tumor to proliferate to metastasize. |
