微量地塞米松对小鼠胚胎纤维母细胞分裂增殖的影响

摘    要:目的研究地塞米松的药物剂量与小鼠胚胎纤维母细胞(mouseembryofibroblasts,MEF)生长增殖之间的相关关系。方法采用细胞培养方法观察不同浓度的地塞米松对MEF的影响。结果50μg/ml(0.005%)的地塞米松在48~72小时内,使MEF的细胞计数比对照组减少16%~26%,而1~10μg/ml(0.0001%~0.001%)的地塞米松对MEF无明显的抑制作用。结论微量地塞米松对纤维母细胞和伤口修复无明显的抑制作用

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study of the relationship between inhibition of the growth rate of mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEF) and the dosage of dexamethasone. METHOD: Cell culture. RESULTS: The effect was observed from 48 to 72 hours after addition of 50 micrograms/ml (0.005%) dexamethasone. In comparison with the control, the number of MEF was cut down by 16%-26%, whereas the addition of dexamethasone between 1 microgram/ml and 10 micrograms/ml (0.0001-0.001%) had no significant effect on the rate of growth of MEF. CONCLUSION: The minimal dosage of dexamethasone has no significant inhibitory effect on the growth rate of fibroblasts and wound healing.
