折叠式人工晶体眼内植入临床观察

目的对３．２ｍｍ切口行白内障超声乳化同期植入折叠式人工晶体的手术结果进行回顾性总结。方法随机选择白内障４２例（４９只眼）行上述手术，对术后视力、屈光状态、角膜内皮细胞损失率等进行分析。结果术后１周裸眼视力在１．０以上者３２只眼（６５．３１％），术后３个月裸眼视力１．０以上者４１只眼（８３．６７％），角膜内皮细胞损失率为１１．７２％，术后角膜散光较术前平均逆规化０．１０ＤＣ。结论手术切口小，操作轻，术后早期获得良好的裸眼视力，角膜散光轻微，减少了缝合所需时间及消除缝线的不良反应。

A clinical investigation on foldable intraocular lens implantation

Objective The results of phacoemulsification (phaco) operations which were performed with 3.2 mm incision and foldable intraocular lens (IOL) implantation were reviewed. Methods On forty nine eyes with cataract of forty two cases phaco and foldable IOL implantation was randomly performed. The results of the postoperative vision, the refraction and the loss rate of corneal endothelial cell were analyzed. Results By the 7th postoperative day, the uncorrected vision in 32 eyes (65.31%) was 1.0 or better. The visual acuity in forty one eyes (83.67%) was 1.0 or better after 3 months of operation. The loss rate of endothelial cells was 11.72%. In the comparison between the postoperative and preoperative corneal astigmatism, the mean former one became against the rule for 0.10 DC. Conclusions The small incision operations not only can provide a satisfactory early postoperative visual acuity with a slight corneal astigmatism, but also can reduce the time for suturing and avoid the harmful effects of stitches.
