不停跳冠状动脉旁路移植术患者术前中医证型研究

目的探讨拟行不停跳冠状动脉旁路移植术患者的中医证型。方法选择拟行不停跳冠状动脉旁路移植术患者386例，在术前进行中医辨证分型。结果386例患者中医辨证分型比例：心血瘀阻型（262例，67．88％）〉痰阻心脉型（51例，13．2l％）〉气阴两虚型（47例，12．18％）〉心肾阴虚型（26例，6．74％），男性以心血瘀阻型和痰阻心脉型多见，女性以气阴两虚型和心肾阴虚型多见；年龄〉165岁与气阴两虚型和心肾阴虚型相关；吸烟量与痰阻心脉型相关。结论拟行不停跳冠状动脉旁路移植术患者术前中医辨证分型以心血瘀阻为主，性别、年龄≥65岁、吸烟量与证型相关。

Study on preoperative TCM syndromes in patients undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting

Objective To explore preoperative traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndromes in patients undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting （OPCABG）. Methods A total of 386 participants who were scheduled to accept the OPCABG received the preoperative TCM syndrome differentiation. Results The percentage of types of TCM syndrome differentiation in 386 patients were： heart blood stasis syndrome （262 cases, accounting for 67. 88% ） 〉 phlegm blocking heart vessel syndrome （51 cases, accounting for 13.21% ） 〉 syndrome of dual deficiency of qi and y/n （47 cases, accounting for 12. 18% ） 〉 syndrome of y/n deficiency of heart and kidney （ 26 cases, accounting for 6. 74% ）. The leading syndromes among male participants were heart blood stasis syndrome and phlegm blocking heart vessel syndrome, while among the female participants were syndrome of dual deficiency of qi-yin and syndrome of y/n deficiency of heart-kidney. Age of 65 years and more were related with syndrome of dual deficiency of qi-yin and syndrome of y/n deficiency of heart and kidney, and smoking amount was related with phlegm blocking heart vessel syndrome. Conclusion The main type of pre-OPCABG is heart blood stasis syndrome. Sex, age （ ≥65 years） and smoking amount were related with the TCM syndromes.
