茶氨酸脑保护作用研究现状

摘    要:茶氨酸最早在日本绿茶中分离得到,结构与谷氨酸相似.近年来的研究表明茶氨酸可通过血脑屏障,抑制兴奋性氨基酸的释放,改善微循环,减少细胞凋亡,以及与炎症因子、神经递质的相互作用对脑缺血起保护作用,同时它还具有改善学习记忆,增加多巴胺释放等作用,在脑保护上具有极大的临床意义.

Abstract:Theanine, first isolated from the Japanese green tea, is similar with glutamate in structure. Recent studies show that theanine passes through the blood-brain barrier, inhibits the release of excitatory amino acids, improves microcirculation, re-duces apoptosis and the interaction of inflammatory cytokines and neurotransmitters to play its cerebral protection against ischemia. It also increases dopamine release and improves learning and memory, exerting great clinical significance.
