| 摘 要： | 为了探讨空肠弯曲菌肠炎传播因素,对35例细菌培养确诊的指示病例采用多重配比病例对照研究。调查结果提示,吃鸡很可能是其重要传播因素;虽然家庭成员有共同吃鸡因素,但由于个体易感性差异和感染剂量不同,并不都会发病。此外,饮牛奶也是一个值得注意的传播因素。

| Abstract: | To approach the transmission factors of the Campylobacter enteritis,a case-control study using multiple matching was conducted.35 index cases of the disease diagnosed with bacterial culture were used.The results suggested that eating chicken was probably the important transmission factor of the Campylobacter enteritis.Although the family members had the same factor with the patients,not all of them suffered from the disease perhaps because of the differences of susceptibility between individuals and the doses of infection.In addition,it was worthy of notice that drinking milk is also the possible factor of the transmission of this disease. |
