临床护理路径在合并糖尿病的外科手术患者中的应用研究

目的规范合并糖尿病的外科手术患者健康教育程序,提高健康教育质量。方法对166例合并糖尿病的外科手术患者,随机分成2组,实验组采用临床路径进行健康教育,对照组采用传统方法进行健康教育。结果实验组接受健康教育后,患者掌握围手术期的糖尿病控制的相关知识的掌握程度、自我监测、监护的技巧与技能的掌握程度、自我管理能力、生活质量、患者满意度等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)差异有显著性。结论应用临床护理路径对合并糖尿病的外科手术患者实施健康教育,能满足合并糖尿病的外科手术患者对健康知识的需求,使患者自觉地采用有利于健康的行为,有效地提高患者的生活质量,人均医药费用下降15%～30%,是实施国家医疗改革制度中提出的花钱少而得到最佳护理医疗服务的新途径,有着巨大的社会、经济效益,为患者的健康教育提供一个可行的、经济的、有效的模式。

Application Study of Clinical Nursing Path way in the Diabetic Surgical Sufferer

OBJECTIVE To make health education procedure in diabetic surgical operation sufferer more standardization ,and improve the quality of health education. METHODS 166 diabetic surgical operation sufferer would be divided into two groups. Health education'method in the experiment group is the clinical path,while in the matched group is the traditional method. RESULTS Health education'effect of patients in experiment group is better than matched group,which include the mastering degree of related knowledge of diabetes control,self-management ability,life quality,sufferer approval etc.(P< 0.05 or P< 0.01). CONCLUSION Health education in clinical nursing path of diabetic surgical sufferer were put into practice,which can satisfy the health knowledge need of diabetic surgical sufferers,make sufferer adopt self-consciously the healthy behavior,increases availably the sufferer's living quality,and make the average medical expenses descends 15%~30%. This is the best new path of nursing medical treatment serve and have got the enormous society and economic performance. It can provide a viable,economic and valid mode for patient's health education.
