| 摘 要： | 根据国外报道的庚型肝炎病毒基因组序列设计了两对５＇非编码区引物，用ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ法检测了２４例丙型肝炎和１０例透析病人血清标本。结果丙型肝炎病人和透析病人各１例检出ＨＧＶＲＮＡ，占总受检例数的５．８８％。本研究说明了ＨＧＶ在我国的存在，揭示开展ＨＧＶ相关研究的必要性。

| Abstract: | A novel human hepatitis related virus-hepatitis G virus(HGV)was isolated and it's completecDNA sequence Was published recently by two independent groups.HGV was thought to be the etiological agent of some nonA-E hepatitis. primers in the 5'noncoding region was designed according to published HGV sequence. The sera of 24 hepatitis C patients and 10 HCV RNA(+)dialysis patient;were detected usingh RT-PCR method One of the hepatitis C patients and one of the dialysis patients(2/34,5.88%)werefound to be HGV RNA positive . It was suggested that there is HGV infection in our country and it's im/-portant to study this disease. |
