| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CRUSADE评分系统对PCI术后上消化道出血评估的价值。方法选择我院2008年5月～2009年10月行PCI术的患者共476例,利用CRUSADE评分系统评估每个行PCI术的患者入院时的危险评分,并将其分为极低危组（105例）、低危组（190例）、中危组（92例）、高危组（70例）和极高危组（19例）,分析CRUSADE评分与PCI术后1年内上消化道显著出血的关系。结果 PCI术后1年内,发生上消化道显著出血7例,出血发生率为1.47%。其中极低危组无出血病例,低危组出血2例（1.05%）,中危组出血1例（1.09%）,高危组出血1例（1.43%）,极高危组出血3例（15.8%）,随着CRUSADE评分增高,上消化道出血的发生率增加,极高危者上消化道出血的危险显著高于其余各组（P〈0.05）。结论 CRUSADE评分系统对于PCI术后患者上消化道出血的发生率具有良好的基线评估价值。
