| 摘 要： | 目的研究扶正化瘀中药治疗肝纤维化的作用。方法采用四氯化碳花生油皮下注射结合高脂饲料、酒水饮料复合因素诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型,以大黄虫丸为对照,观察扶正化瘀中药对肝纤维化大鼠的一般情况、肝脾质量、肝功能、肝组织病理形态学的影响。结果扶正化瘀中药可显著改善肝纤维化大鼠的一般情况,抑制肝脾增大,显著改善肝功能,明显减轻肝细胞损害、肝脏脂肪变性和胶原纤维增生的程度。结论扶正化瘀中药有较好的保护肝细胞,改善肝功能,阻止肝纤维化进展甚或逆转肝纤维化病理改变的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to study the effect of Fuzheng Huayu chinese drugs on hepatic fibrosis.Methods Using compound factors of subcutaneous injecting carbon tetrachloride and peanut oil and feeding high-lipid diet,wine to establish the experimental rat models of hepatic fibrosis.Contrasted with the effect of Daihuang Zhechong pill,the effect of Fuzheng Huayu Chinese drugs on the general conditions,the weight of liver and spleen,liver function and the change of pathologic morphology of liver tissues were observed.... |
