| 摘 要： | 目的探讨针灸对腹腔镜术后机体免疫功能的影响。方法将100例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的术后患者随机分为针灸组和常规组,分别于术前1 d和术后第3天、1周取外周静脉血,测定免疫球蛋白IgA、IgM、IgG、CD3+、CD4+、CD8+及NK细胞活性并进行比较。结果患者外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及NK细胞活性,术后第3天、第7天,针灸组患者明显高于常规组;IgA、IgG、IgM术后第3天、第7天针灸组高于常规组(P均<0.05)。结论针灸能提高机体的体液免疫和细胞免疫功能,促进机体的恢复。
