| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的微创治疗方法。方法总结2005年1月—2009年12月采用十二指肠镜乳头括约肌切开(EST)取石,再行腹腔镜胆囊切除(LC)治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石71例的治疗经验。结果 71例中70例获得了成功,无残留结石和严重并发症发生。结论十二指肠镜腹腔镜联合治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石,具有手术创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点,是一种安全有效的微创治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the minimal invasion way for treatment of cholecystolithiasis with choledocholithiasis.
