颈椎病伴心律失常患者的治疗评价

目的探讨颈椎病与心律失常的关系。方法将149例患者随机分为A组、B组和C组,A组予抗心律失常治疗,B组予颈椎病治疗,C组予联合治疗,疗程均12～14 d,疗程结束后对常规心电图、心律失常情况及治疗效果进行系统分析比较。结果与A组总有效率(27.1%)比较,B组(90.2%)、C组(96.0%)显著升高(P<0.01),B组和C组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组治疗后心律失常无显著改善(P>0.05),B组和C组患者治疗后心律失常明显改善,且优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。B、C组间差异无统计学意义。结论颈椎病发作时可导致心律失常的发生,对抗心律失常药物效果不佳的患者,同时治疗颈椎病能获得较好的疗效。

Evaluation of therapy on cervical spondylosis with arrhythmia

Objective To investigate the relationship between cervical spondylosis and arrhythmia.Methods 149 patients were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C.Patients in group A received anti-arrhythmic treatment, group B received cervical spondylosis treatment,group C received anti-arrhythmic and cervical spondylosis treatment,and all these courses of treatment were 12～14 days.After treatment,therapeutic effects were compared among different groups.Results The total effective rate of group B was 90.2%,group C was 96.0%,and group A was 27.1%.Symptom released were better in group B and C compared with A（P0.01）,but no significant difference were found between group B and C （P0.05）.Symptom of arrhythmia did not release obviously in group A with anti -arrhythmia treatment,however,arrhythmia were released in group B and C compared with group A（P0.05,P0.01）,there was no significant difference between group B and C（P0.05）.Conclusion Cervical spondylosis may induce arrhythmia.When anti-arrhythmia does not work in patients with arrhythmia and cervical spondylosis,anti-cervical spondylosis treatment should be considered.
