| 摘 要： | 目的观察通腑汤对急性肺损伤(ALI)大鼠肺组织SP水平的影响,探讨通腑汤治疗ALI的作用机制。方法选取健康Wistar大鼠180只,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、地塞米松组、中药低剂量组、中药中剂量组、中药高剂量组,每组30只。尾静脉注射LPS复制ALI模型,0.5 h后中药各剂量组灌胃、地塞米松组腹腔注射,于治疗后第1,2,6小时,每组每次各处死大鼠10只。ELISA法检测肺组织中SP含量。结果与正常对照组相比,模型组SP显著升高(P<0.05)。与模型组比,治疗各组SP均降低(P均<0.05)。中药低剂量组SP含量高于地塞米松组(P<0.05);中药中、高剂量组SP含量与地塞米松组比较均无显著性差异(P均>0.05);中药中、高剂量组SP含量均低于中药低剂量组(P均<0.05);中药高剂量组SP含量与中药中剂量组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论通腑汤可降低ALI大鼠肺组织中SP含量,中、高剂量组疗效较好。
