超敏C反应蛋白及丙二醛与急性冠脉综合征的关系

摘    要:目的探讨炎症和氧化应激损伤与急性冠脉综合征(ACS)发生发展的关系。方法选取本院心内科2009年7月~2010年4月收治的冠心病患者79例,其中稳定性心绞痛(SAP)组17例,不稳定性心绞痛(UAP)组28例,急性心肌梗死(AMI)组34例。另选取阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)患者20例作为对照组。分别检测各组血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)浓度和血浆丙二醛(MDA)浓度。结果 (1)血清hs-CRP变化:SAP组为(1.55±1.05)mg/L,UAP组为(3.81±3.23)mg/L,AMI组为(9.97±4.32)mg/L,对照组浓度为(0.85±0.91)mg/L。SAP组与对照组相比虽有升高,但差异无统计学意义;UAP组与对照组和SAP组相比差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01或P〈0.05);AMI组与对照组、SAP及UAP组比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。(2)血浆MDA变化:SAP组为(9.55±2.12)μM,UAP组为(13.34±3.14)μM,AMI组为(15.54±4.57)μM,对照组为(7.12±4.82)μM;SAP组与对照组相比虽有升高,但差异无统计学意义;UAP组与对照组及SAP组相比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);AMI组与对照组及SAP组比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01),与UAP组比较差异无统计学意义。结论冠心病患者血中hs-CRP和MDA从SAP组到UAP组及AMI组逐渐升高,提示两者与斑块稳定性及临床表现相关。
