经内镜逆行胰胆管造影诊治小儿胆胰疾病

目的 探讨利用经内镜逆行胰胆管造影技术诊断和治疗小儿胆胰疾病的疗效.方法 收集新华医院2004年至2010年小儿经内镜逆行胰胆管造影的诊断及治疗病例共19例.患儿年龄14个月至16岁,其中男9例,女10例.疾病包括胆总管囊肿,肝内外胆管结石,胆胰管合流异常,胰管结石,慢性胰腺炎,whipple's术后胆肠吻合口狭窄等....

Diagnostic and therapeutic ERCP in children

Objective To review our experience of ERCP in children. Methods Nineteen children underwent diagnostic or therapeutic ERCP procedure in our hospital since 2004. This group included 9 boys and 10 girls,The age ranged from 14 months to 16 years old. Results of diagnosis included cystic dilatation of common bile duct, anomalous pancreatobiliary union (APBU), pancreatic duct stones, chronic pancreatitis, stenosis after Choledochojejunostomy of Whipple procedure etc. Intravenous anesthesia were performed in most cases. Adults endoscopic equipment were used. The procedures included extraction of extra hepatic stones and pancreatic duct stones, naso-biliary drainage,placement of pancreatic stent etc. Results: All ERCP were performed successfully. No severe complication were encountered except for transient elevation of serum pancreatic amylase. Conclusions ERCP is a useful method for assessment and treatment in children with hepatobiliary or pancreatic diseases.
