| 摘 要： | 目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)血清白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)变化及临床意义。方法确诊为HIE的64例患儿为HIE组,其中轻度29例,中度17例,重度18例;41例健康新生儿为对照组。采用放射免疫测定法(RIA)检测IL-10,ELISA法测定血清MCP-1,并进行统计分析。结果 (1)HIE新生儿急性期血清IL-10、MCP-1水平高于对照组(P均<0.01)、恢复期(P均<0.01);恢复期与对照组比较无明显差异(P均>0.05)。(2)重度HIE患儿血清IL-10、MCP-1水平高于中度患儿(P均<0.05),高于轻度患儿(P<0.01)。(3)HIE组患儿急性期、恢复期的血清IL-10和MCP-1均呈正相关(r=0.851,r=0.832,P均<0.05);重度、中度、轻度HIE患儿血清IL-10和MCP-1呈正相关(r=0.846,r=0.835,r=0.827,P均<0.05)。结论血清IL-10、MCP-1水平可作为新生儿HIE病情严重程度和疗效判断的指标之一。
