| 摘 要： | 目的比较磁共振胰胆管造影术(MRCP)与内镜下逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)对低位梗阻性黄疸的诊断价值。方法选择206例梗阻部位位于胆总管十二指肠后段至十二指肠壁段的低位胆管梗阻患者作为研究对象,对其MRCP及ERCP诊断资料进行比较分析。结果 MRCP与ERCP对低位梗阻性黄疸总的定性诊断准确率分别为93.6%和93.2%,二者比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),MRCP与ERCP合并检查的诊断准确率为96.1%,与单项MRCP及ERCP检查的准确率比较无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。结论 MRCP能清晰全面地显示胆胰系统的正常结构及占位性病变;在低位胆管梗阻性疾病的诊断中,MRCP结合MR图像分析可以取代有创性的ERCP。 |
