| 摘 要： | 目的探讨严重冻伤后早期手术切痂同种异体皮移植修复重度冻伤创面的疗效。方法选取2000年3月～2010年3月在我院住院治疗的重度冻伤72例,根据治疗方法的不同,将常规治疗36例设为对照组,早期手术切痂同种异体皮移植36例为实验组,比较两组患者创面肉芽组织成熟程度、截肢（指、趾）率的情况。结果实验组肉芽组织成熟程度和截肢（指、趾）率均优于对照组。结论早期手术联合同种异体皮移植可防止重度冻伤创面渐进性坏死,减少肢体严重感染和坏疽发生率,最大限度地保留肢体长度和功能。
