胆碱受体拮抗剂在小鼠骨髓细胞中的C—有丝分裂效应研究

摘    要:本文分别对毒蕈碱型、烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体拮抗剂阿托品和简箭毒碱在小鼠骨髓细胞中的C-有丝分裂效应做了初步探讨,从而为廖类化合物诱发非整倍体的可能性和途径机制研究提供初步实验资料。实验和阿托品和筒箭毒碱,最高剂量为70%LD50。结果发现,阿托品在最高剂量组(5.2mg/kg)分别导致小鼠骨髓细胞有丝分开明批数和C-有丝分频率显著升高(P〈0.001,P〈0.05)、有丝分裂扣期细胞频率显著下降(P〉

C-MITOSIS INDUCTION BY ANTAGONISTS TO CHOLINERGIC RECEPTOR IN MOUSE BONE MARROW CELLS
Abstract:The study investigated the C-mitotic effects in mouse bone marrow cells induced by atropine and d tubocurarine, which are antagonists to muscarinic and nicotinic receptors, respectively. The doses used in the experiments were 70% LD50. The results showed that the atropine(highest dose, 5.2mg/kg) significantly induced increases of mitotic index(MI) and colchicine mitotic frequency(P<0.001, P<0.05), the frequency of anaphase was decreased (P<0.001). It is reqsonable to hypothesize that acetylcholine and its receptor take part in the regulation of mitosis in mouse bone marrow cells. As C mitotic effects is a kind of sign for aneuploidy induction.
