临床护理工作人员职业危害及防护的研究

目的:探讨临床护理工作人员职业危害的防护方法,降低职业感染的危险因素。方法:加强宣教,对护理人员进行健康教育,配备防护用品,加强医疗废物的管理,医院感染管理科和护理部加强监管,执行标准化、制度化、科学化及普遍干预的管理体系。结果:通过采取措施,降低了护理工作人员感染的危险因素。结论:应针对引起临床护理人员职业危害的因素,给予正确及时的防护措施,才能保护护理人员免受感染。

Study on the occupational hazards and protection of nursing staff.

Objective：To investigate the protective methods of oocupational hazards for the nursing staff and reduee occupational risk factors for infection. Metheds：To strengthen protection education of nursing staff by carrying out health education, equipping with protective equipment and strengthening the management of medieal waste. Hospital infection management and Nursing Department strengthen the supervision of the implementation of standardized, institutionalized, and generally interfere with the scientific management system. Results：by taking measures to reduce the risk faetors for infection of the nursing staff, control of nosocomial infection and eross infection. Conclusion：Correct and timely proeetion measures could avoid infertion for nursing staff.
