肾脏嫌色细胞癌的CT和MRI诊断

摘    要:目的探讨肾嫌色细胞癌的CT和MRI表现,提高影像诊断水平。方法回顾性分析19例肾脏嫌色细胞癌的CT和MRI表现,所有病例均经手术病理证实。结果CT检查15例,平扫时病灶呈软组织密度,其中密度均匀7例,密度不均匀8例,增强后病灶呈轻至中度强化。MRI检查8例,病灶T1WI呈等、稍低信号,T2WI、T2WI脂肪抑制序列呈等、稍低信号6例,混杂高信号2例。结论肾脏嫌色细胞癌属少血供肿瘤,CT能清晰显示肿瘤内钙化灶和血供情况,而MRI容易检出肿瘤内小出血灶、囊变坏死灶以及中央星状瘢痕,可对肾脏嫌色细胞癌的诊断提供更多更有价值的信息。

Abstract:Objective To study the CTand MRI findings of chromophobe cell renal carcinoma .Methods CTand/or MRi mag-ings of 19 cases of surgical and pathological proven chromophobe cell renal carcinoma were reviewed and analyzed.Results Fifteencases were performed CTscans .Seven cases showed homogeneous and the others showed heterogeneous in pre-contrast CTscans .All of them were visualized as mild or mediumenhancement . Eight cases were performed MRI scans .Six cases were isointense orhypointense signal compared with renal cortex on T1 WI , T2 WI and T2 WI STIR. Two cases were isointense or hypointense signalon T1 WI and heterogeneous hyperintense signal on T2 WI and T2 WI STIR.Conclusion Enhanced CTclearly showed calcificationand blood supply of thetumor while MRI showed small hemorrhage ,cystis foci ,necrosis and central stellate scar of thetumor . MRIcan provide more useful informationin detecting chromophobe cell renal carcinoma .
